Ryan A. Holmes joined AEC in 2005. As Vice President Ryan oversaw the day to day operations for Alaska Exchange Corporation from 2011-2018. As a Senior Exchange Officer he coordinated real and personal property exchange transactions from start to finish, providing our clients with expert knowledge and customer service throughout the exchange process. He continues as a certified course instructor for the accredited class on 1031 Exchanges arranged through the Alaska Real Estate Commission and as a consultant for Alaska Exchange Company.
